Our strawberries are picked and packed fresh from our Manchester farm using vertical tower technology. They're delivered within 24-48 hours of harvest. Check for firm berries with bright colour and no visible mold. If quality doesn't meet expectations, contact us within 24 hours.

What's your policy if I receive the wrong order?
