Sustainable Growth, Exceptional Quality At Dillon's Strawberry Farm, every decision is made with sustainability and long-term excellence in mind. Our vertical grow towers maximise yield while minimising space, supported by solar energy, rainwater harvesting, and a completely pesticide-free, soil-free growing method. We operate a zero-waste model. Surplus plant matter is composted and returned as natural nutrition for our crops, ensuring nothing leaves our farm without purpose. To further eliminate waste, any unsold strawberries are freeze-dried, finely processed, and stored for up to two years — preserving quality and extending the life of every harvest. Looking ahead, Dillon's Strawberry Farm is expanding into a curated range of over 54 strawberry-derived products across two categories. Lifestyle and Wellbeing: Soaps, candles, body wash, bath bombs, and lip balms. Fine Foods and Drinks: Chocolate, fudge, confectionery, jam, ice cream, cakes, and gin. These products will be available through our forthcoming on-site retail store and dedicated e-commerce platform — bringing the quality of Dillon's Strawberry Farm directly to our customers.
