We believe in being open about how every pound is used. Here's how your donations make a difference: 60% — New vertical grow towers and equipment Every tower costs roughly £80–£120 to build and plant. More towers mean more strawberries for Manchester. 20% — Solar panels and renewable energy Solar power keeps our electricity bills low and our carbon footprint near zero. 10% — Rainwater harvesting and irrigation Smart water systems use up to 90% less water than traditional farming. 10% — Community outreach and farm tours Sharing what we do, running school visits, and building a community around local food. Gift Aid — Are you a UK taxpayer? If you're a UK taxpayer, we can claim Gift Aid on your donation at no extra cost to you. For every £1 you donate, we can claim an extra 25p from HMRC.
